I am VERY happy that we went with Carpets and More to do laminate in the kitchen in our new house. They were friendly, prompt, and installation was honestly surprisingly quick and in my opinion very well done. They worked with us on different quotes for different types of laminate and were honest and transparent about pricing and pros and cons of each. Also, I got to pet a puppy when I came in to the showroom, so I won’t lie and say that wasn’t a bonus 😂I’ll be honest and say that I initially thought about doing the whole Lowes/Home Depot route or ordering the tiles online and having someone install. BUT, here’s what I realized - you don’t know what you are going to get with the install, you don’t know if the price of the install will negate any savings on the tile, AND you don’t get the kind of guarantee and commitment to good service that you do with a small, local, place like this. I truly would highly recommend them to anyone and if we ever need flooring done again, we will absolutely be using them.

Thank you for being so professional during this time (COVID-19). Our carpet turned out amazing! From the moment that we started the process of selecting our carpet we knew that we felt safe with utilizing Carpets and More to lay new carpet in our upstairs. We met the owner and made some preliminary choices in the store, schedule an appointment for an estimate and made our final choice. They removed all of the old carpet and did a meticulous job with the insulation. No trash or threads from our old carpet were left behind. The rooms look fantastic. We highly recommend Carpets and More.

Carpets and More came out yesterday and basically did a reinstall of our basement carpet which was installed by someone else 3 yrs ago and it buckled and created bumps in under 2 years. They cranked it out and repaired all the issues in under 2 hrs. Nice flat carpet again and looks great. Much appreciated. Local small business with good communication.

As first time home buyers we didn't know much about carpet, other than we knew we wanted the old replaced. Carpets & More took the time to explain the different types of carpet and offered up economic solutions to reach our goals. After the order came in the installers came out and worked quickly and cleanly and we couldn't find any visible seams. The prices were slightly higher than the local Airbase Carpet Mart but the selection was far better and by picking a choosing we ended up with a price not far off and are much happier.

Extremely pleased with the service, and the carpet of course. We initially ordered the element horizon carpet style, but got called back a few days later that it was on back order. So we chose swiss coffee which is basically identical. We had bought a house and were doing some work and couldnt move in until the carepts were down Understanding our situation, carpets and More came out OVER LABOR DAY WEEKEND to install the carpet. To me, thats incredible to go out of their way to please their customers. On top of that, there was some mistake on the amount of carpet that was ordered and confusion on what rooms were being done. Long story short, they ordered too much and instead of throwing the carpet back in the warehouse to never be seen again, they just installed it in one of the rooms we did not plan to carpet at no extra charge. I have nothing but good things to say about this local company and have been telling everyone about our experience and highly recommend them. Very well done.

Wayne is the best! We had carpets and more do bathroom and bar tile work/carpet install in our basement. He recommended great products for our price point and the look we wanted. They did such a great job that we had them do hardwood flooring throughout our first floor and our backsplash in our kitchen. Everyone raves over our floor (another recommendation from Wayne) and although I purchased our backsplash at a tile store, Wayne was happy to install it. Prices are right in line with everyone else!

Great customer service. Juile took the time to explain all our options to us. Chad and his crew were on time, friendly, did a great job installing our carpet and clean up afterwards. I will return to Carpets and More for future carpet sales.
